Bimal Dayal, MD and CEO, Indus Towers, resigns

In a filing at the stock exchanges, Indus Towers Limited informed that Bimal Dayal, managing director (MD) and chief executive officer (CEO) has resigned from the posts to pursue opportunities outside the company. To this end, Dayal’s resignation was approved by the board.

However, Dayal’s last working day is currently under consideration and will be announced along with the succession plan.

Dayal’s stint at Indus Towers spans 12 years, which includes six years as the chief operating officer (COO) and six years as MD and CEO of lndus Towers.
