Chunghwa Telecom has selected network equipment manufacturers Zyxel Communications (along with system integrator HwaCom Systems) and D-Link for the supply of VDSL2 equipment.

Chunghwa Telecom has selected network equipment manufacturers Zyxel Communications (along with system integrator HwaCom Systems) and D-Link for the supply of VDSL2 equipment.

Reportedly, Zyxel and HwaCom have jointly won 70 per cent of the orders worth more than NT$800 million, and will supply 350,000 units of VDSL2 equipment to Chunghwa Telecom. D-Link has received the remaining 30 per cent worth NT$500 million.
