Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) plans to launch its 4G services in December 2023 at a small scale and then roll it out across the country by June 2024. BSNL’s 4G service is ready to be launched in Punjab in December this year, with the goal of installing 3,000 sites in the state.
BSNL will gradually increase its network deployment to 6,000, 9,000, 12,000, and 15,000 sites per month. The telco will move to 5G services after completing its target of 4G rollout by June 2024.
