Banking technology platform FINO has acquired Nokia Mobile Payment Services? prepaid mobile payment business, say news reports.
With this, FINO will be able to move beyond banking services to the payments domain and directly engage with customers.
It is believed that the company has formed a new entity, Alpha Payment Services India Private Limited to manage the newly acquired business. The company will provide services such as money transfers, utility bill payments, mobile and DTH recharges, etc, under the brand ?Takatak Money.?
