Amazon has leased an additional four acres of land at its site in Powai, Mumbai, from Larsen and Toubro (L&T) under a 17-year agreement through Amazon Data Services, the company’s primary data centre affiliate.
The lease is valued at Rs 6.5 billion ($68.13 million) over the 17-year term, bringing Amazon Data Services’ total leased land at the Powai location to 13.5 acres.
