Russian company Alfa Telecom has bought a 100 per cent stake in the Uzbek mobile operator Buztel GSM from Indonesian firm Bakrie. Alfa Telecom will soon adopt an investment programme for Buztel aimed at expanding its subscriber base and upgrading its equipment.
