The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Manish Sinha to the post of member (finance), Digital Communications Commission (DCC).
Sinha has been appointed with ex officio status of secretary to the government of India on an absorption basis with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post and up to the date of his superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Sinha is a 1989 batch Indian Post & Telecommunication Accounts and Finance Service (IP&TAFS) officer.
Currently, Dilip Padhye is holding charge of member (finance).
