R. Marshal Antony Leo has taken charge as chief general mana­ger (CGM), Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Tamil Nadu circle. A 1982 batch Indian Telecom Service officer, Leo served as principal general manager, Puducherry and Cu­d­d­a­lore, BSNL, prior to taking up his new role. During a career sp­anning 33 years, he has worked at the Department of Tele­communications (DoT) and with BSNL in various capacities.
