Ericsson has appointed Ruchika Batra as vice-president, communications, India. In this role, Batra will lead the communication function for Ericsson India, Nepal and Bhutan.
She joins Ericsson India from Samsung Electronics, South West Asia, where she handled corporate communications and corporate social responsibility portfolios during her 17 year stint. In the past, Batra has also been associated with Tata Motors as head-corporate communications.
