hike Messenger has appointed Hemant Goyal and Gautam Vohra as VP, finance, and general counsel respectively. Both Goyal and Vohra will report to Kavin Bharti Mittal, founder and CEO, hike Messenger. Goyal joins hike from Unilever Singapore, where he was finance director for the global supply chain business. He has worked with Unilever for over 12 years in various roles and geographies including India and Europe. In the past he has also worked with Tata Motors. Meanwhile, Vohra joins hike from Amazon India where he was the principal legal counsel. He is one of the leading legal experts in technology and intellectual property matters and will help hike in building its legal compliance and policy functions as the company expands its operations in India.
