The Telecom Equipment and Services Export Promotion Council (TEPC) has appointed former telecom secretary Shyamal Ghosh as its new chairman. It has also appointed Sanjay Nayak, CEO of Tejas Networks, as co-chairman. TEPC was set up by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Communications to promote the export of telecom equipment and related services.
