Digital Edge is reportedly planning to develop a 270 megawatts (MW) data centre campus near Mumbai after acquiring a 30-acre land parcel at the proposed Green Integrated Data Centre Park in Palava.
According to reports, the company paid around Rs 10 billion (approximately $104 million) for the land.
The transaction was confirmed by Lodha, the developer of the proposed data centre park, in a statement issued on July 6, 2026.
