NEC Corporation India, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japanese multinational NEC Corporation, has appointed Ichiro Kurihara as president and chief executive officer (CEO), effective April 2026, to lead business operations and drive long-term value.
According to a company statement, Kurihara will also be responsible for corporate governance and strengthening relationships with government and enterprise clients. He is a senior NEC executive with over 30 years of experience driving growth across major Asian markets, including the Philippines, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, and Thailand.
