The Jammu division of Railways is extending RailWire Wi-Fi services to all major stations under its jurisdiction and promoting cashless transactions at key railway stations. Acting on the directions of the divisional railway manager, passengers are being encouraged to use RailWire Wi-Fi, digital payment methods and the RailOne application in line with the Digital India initiative.
The internet service has been made available round the clock at major stations, providing uninterrupted connectivity within station premises and supporting digital payment transactions. Passengers, local residents and educational institutions are also being encouraged to adopt the RailOne application for ticketing and related services.
