Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) has partnered with IBM to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into its managed services, aiming to enhance reliability and speed up digital initiatives.
As part of the tie-up, the companies have set up an “AI Innovation Hub” that will modernise Vi’s IT and business processes while enabling co-creation of AI solutions, automation tools, and digital accelerators powered by IBM’s technologies. The hub will also work closely with Vi’s unified DevOps team to embed AI into development and operations functions.
While financial details of the partnership were not disclosed, Vi’s chief technology officer (CTO) said the initiative would be pivotal.
