Bharti Airtel has reported approximately 57 million spam calls in the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh circles within just 12 days.
During this period, the company also detected around 1.3 million spam messages on its networks. The statistics from other regions highlight the widespread issue of spam calls in India. Airtel’s artificial intelligence (AI) solution identifies spam calls in real-time, alerting customers as they receive them.
The service is provided at no extra cost and is available to all Airtel customers nationwide, addressing a pressing need in the market. Other telecom operators are encouraged to adopt similar services.
