
Vodafone India is focusing on strengthening its position in the small and medium business (SMB) through its vertical Vodafone Business Services (VBS). The operator is planning to expand its presence in the SMB segment from 150 towns currently to 400 by 2014.
Currently, VBS has 80,000 SMB customers across the country. The company is working closely with its channel partners to expand its existing product portfolio. Going forward, along with communication services, VBS is also planning to provide software and IT products to SMBs.
