A global network cable service provider, Tata Communications has launched its operations in Turkey in partnership with telecom service provider Turkcell Superonline.
Along with Turkcell Superonline, Tata Communications through its cable network will provide backbone for data connectivity services for telecom services like voice and broadband to users.
The association with Turkcell Superonline will further increase Tata Communications access to global data cable network, which can be used for providing internet connectivity through Turkey?s largest city of Istanbul.
Earlier, in March this year Tata Communications had launched Tata Global Network-Eurasia (TGN-EA) a cable connecting Europe to India, through Egypt. Tata Communications has about 400 nodes for providing direct access to its cable network.
