Reliance Communications has reportedly filed a petition challenging the Delhi High Court ruling against it, alleging its involvement in the 2G spectrum issue.
Prior to this, the Delhi High Court had charged the company and the executives, with non-adherence to existing rules to gain 2G spectrum in 2008.
