Bharti Airtel has launched 3G services for its 6.6 million customers in Gujarat. The operator?s 3G service portfolio would include fast mobile internet access, video streaming, video calling, mobile V, social networking-on-the-go and high-definition gaming.
Other services include multimedia platforms, high-speed mobile broadband, live TV and updates on the stock market, commodities, food, entertainment, health and utilities.
According to Shivan Bhargava, chief operating officer, mobile services, Gujarat circle, Bharti airtel, the company has launched airtel 3G services in more than 50 towns across the country and currently has over three million customers.
The company has also introduced an online internet usage calculator to help customers analyse their current internet data usage and choose a 3G plan accordingly.
