Tata DOCOMO has launched its 3G services across the nine circles it has the licences for. The price range for 3G downloads start at Re 0.66 per minute of download. The company is now in talks with state owned operators, BSNL and MTNL to ink roaming pacts for the rest of the circles. The 3G services tariff plan offered by the company range from Rs 350 to Rs 2,000 including monthly limit on minutes as well as data usage.
