China Mobile has selected ZTE to deliver IMS core networks in key Chinese provinces. According to the deal signed between the two companies, ZTE will supply and install 1.4 million IMS lines.
Based on ZTE’s full package of IMS core network products, the network will enable China Mobile to launch various fixed/mobile convergence services such as converged centrex, converged one number, multimedia colour ringback tone (CRBT) and converged conferencing, thereby enhancing the user experience.
