Deutsche Telekom is reportedly interested in acquiring a mobile licence in Vietnam. This is in contrast to the company’s previous strategy according to which no investments were to be made in emerging markets. France Telecom and Norway-based Telenor are amongst other companies that have shown interest in the licence.
