Warid Telecom International and Pacific Bangladesh Telecom (Citycell) have entered into an agreement that will allow the two companies to share their infrastructure equipment.

Warid Telecom International and Pacific Bangladesh Telecom W (Citycell) have entered into an agreement that will allow the two companies to share their infrastructure equipment. Besides BTSs, the agreement covers the sharing of towers, poles, transmitter equipment, transmission bandwidth and power. In September 2008, the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission had issued infrastructure-sharing guidelines, making such sharing mandatory for all operators.
