Nokia is planning to invest an additional $150 million in its private equity and venture capital arm, Nokia Growth Partners, to tap investment opportunities in the emerging markets of India and China.

Nokia is planning to invest an additional $150 million in its private equity and venture capital arm, Nokia Growth Partners, to tap investment opportunities in the emerging markets of India and China.

This will increase the funds with Nokia Growth Partners for direct investment to $250 million. Of the additional investment, $75 million will be invested in India, mainly on innovators in software and services.
