Mobile handset company Spice Limited, a part of MCorp Global, plans to manufacture cellular phones in the country.
It targets achieving a topline of Rs 2.4 billion during the current financial year. The company will set up a cellular phone assembly line at Baddi in Himachal Pradesh in 2007.
