Airtel M Commerce Services Limited (AMSL) has collaborated with Jammu and Kashmir Bank to offer the airtel money facility in the state. The service will be provided via the bank?s 800 ?khidmat? centres.

The airtel money facility permits customers to use their mobile devices to pay utility bills, recharge mobile phones and conduct online transactions.

Commenting on the tie-up, Sriraman Jagannathan, chief executive officer, M Commerce, Bharti Airtel said, ?Today, we are seeing airtel money play a pivotal role in bringing unbanked Indians into the banking fold, and are now honoured to work with Jammu and Kashmir Bank to proliferate the power of this service into the state?s interiors.?
