ZTE USA, Inc., a subsidiary of telecom equipment and network solutions provider ZTE Corporation, has signed an agreement with US-based mobile service provider Sprint Nextel Corporation to supply Wi-Max terminals to the latter.

ZTE USA, Inc., a subsidiary of telecom equipment and network solutions provider ZTE Corporation, has signed an agreement with US-based mobile service provider Sprint Nextel Corporation to supply Wi-Max terminals to the latter. As per the agreement, ZTE USA, will provide Sprint Wi-Max PC memory cards in express and USB forms, and advanced modem solutions for home networking.

Sprint plans to make its Wi-Max services commercially available to 100 million people in the US by the end of 2008.
