Vipnet to acquire RCS&RDS? DTH network

The Croatia-based service provider Vipnet has entered into an agreement with the Romania-based operator RCS&RDS?s unit Digi Sat to acquire 100 per cent stake in the company?s DTH network.

Post the acquisition – Digi TV Hrvatska DTH network, will be integrated into Vipnet, and the operator will offer the DTH service under its own brand name.

In 2012, Digi TV Hrvatska DTH network posted revenues of HRK 14.7 million. Currently it offers subscriber access to 41 TV and 24 radio channels.
