
Viom Networks has roped in London-based STJ Advisors for a possible listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE). Apart from LSE, the telecom tower company is also exploring listing on other overseas stock exchanges including New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.
The company plans to raise funds worth Rs 15 billion to Rs 20 billion from overseas listings. Viom Networks? move to list the company overseas follows the governments? announcement in September 2013 to allow Indian companies to list overseas.
With a tower portfolio of 42,000 towers, Viom Networks is the country?s second largest telecom tower company.
