The Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) has once again questioned Vinod Rai, the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, in relation to the CAG?s estimation of losses in the 2G case, say news reports.
It is believed that the Committee?s questions to Rai were focused on the CAG?s estimates of the loss caused by the case, which range from Rs 570 billion to Rs 1.76 trillion. The Committee also questioned Rai on the methodology used to calculate the losses.
Prior to this, Rai had appeared before the JPC on November 15, 2011.
