Videocon’s telecom subsidiary, Datacom, is exploring the possibility of outsourcing its IT solutions on a revenue-sharing basis. The company has already received proposals from five IT companies ?? IBM, TCS, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and HCL Technologies. The outsourcing contract, covering 7 to 10 years, is estimated to be worth Rs 30 billion.
