Videocon Mobile Services plans to launch 4G services in seven circles by the end of this year.
The company plans to offer high speed 4G services at 15-20 per cent lower prices than other players. To promote its products and services, the operator will be establishing stores or ‘experience zones’, in seven circles.
Further, the operator is establishing a call centre at Bharuch where it has a factory to manufacture mobile phones. The company plans to recruit about 2, 000 people from tier-two and three towns. It also plans to double the number of its ‘experience zones’ in the state to 100.
