Videocon Mobile Services is aiming to be amongst the top telecom companies over the next two years.
As part of its expansion plans, the company added over 575 tower sites to provide better customer experience to its users. Recently, Videocon Mobile Services won liberalised spectrum in Haryana, Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh (East and West) and Bihar-Jharkhand.
To enhance its user base, the company has taken several initiatives, including launching a customer engagement programme and launching various schemes.
