Tata DOCOMO, the unified telecom brand of Tata Teleservices Limited (TTSL), has appointed Ashok Ghose as the head of mobility business unit (MBU0 for the Karnataka and Kerala Circles. As the MBU head, Ashok would be responsible for overseeing company?s operations and business in the two circles. Prior to this, Ghose represented the MBU of the Kolkata and Odisha circles.
Ghose brings with him 23 years of wide-ranging professional experience to TTSL, including international experience in sales and marketing. Further, he has experience in several industries such as FMCG and semi-durables.
He started his career with Eveready Industries Limited, in its Flashlight division and then moved on to Cadbury India Limited, where he also spearheaded an international assignment at Cadbury USA.
In his new role as MBU head, Ghose said, ?Tata DOCOMO has displayed consistent growth in this region with its innovative and customer centric offers and plans. My mandate is to further cement and sustain the long lasting relationship between consumers and the company?.
