Kisan King provides real time solutions on agronomy practices to the farmers through their crop advisors. The call logs and easy reports made getting input and output details of the number of inbound and outbound calls possible with just a click of a button by simply logging in. With the call history option available, one could check the history of the caller during a live call. It means that the crop advisors could get information related to the farmer with respect to his/her concern areas, frequency of calls at Kisan King etc., thereby improving their service.

Additionally, the call recording feature allowed for the quality of calls to be assessed and monitored. Live call barging to understand the quality of the calls also became possible. Auto dialers helped the staff to quicken their outbound calling processes. IVR configured in marathi- local language made the process even more meaningful and relevant to farmers.
