The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the deadline for submission of comments and counter comments on its consultation paper titled ‘Assignment of Spectrum in E and V Bands, and Spectrum for Microwave Access (MWA) and Microwave Backbone (MWB)’.
The consultation paper was released on September 27, 2023. Initially, the last date of receiving comments from the stakeholders was fixed on October 25, 2023 and counter comments by November 8, 2023. However, on the request of stakeholders, the last date for submission of comments and counter comments was extended up to November 15, 2023 and November 29, 2023 respectively in first instance and to November 29, 2023 and December 13, 2023 in second instance respectively.
Now, keeping in view the request from stakeholders for further extension of time for submission of comments, it has been decided to extend the last date of submission of comments and counter comments up to December 13, 2023 and December 27, 2023, respectively.
