Thailand’s CAT Telecom and Hong Kong’s Hutchison Telecom International Limited (HTIL) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to restructure their mobile joint venture in Thailand.

Thailand’s CAT Telecom and Hong Kong’s Hutchison Telecom International Limited (HTIL) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to restructure their mobile joint venture in Thailand. The two companies offer CDMA services in Thailand under the banner Hutchison CAT Wireless Multimedia (HCWM, branded as Hutch) and CAT CDMA. According to the MoU, CAT will become the sole owner of HCWM’s networks.
