Thailand-based telecom services provider Total Access Communication Public Company (DTAC) has signed a frame agreement with NSN as one of its two vendors to upgrade its network to 3G.

Thailand-based telecom services provider Total Access Communication Public Company (DTAC) has signed a frame agreement with NSN as one of its two vendors to upgrade its network to 3G. Under the contract, NSN will deliver a radio access network to DTAC. In the core network, DTAC’s circuit switch will be enhanced to accommodate 2G/3G, and a packet switch will be introduced for high speed packet access.
