Thailand-based mobile phone operator True Move is planning to invest 5 billion baht ($150 million) in 2008-09 to build its 3G mobile network. True Move intends to launch a trial 3G service on its existing network by the end of 2008 and is awaiting regulatory approval to allow the import of equipment.
