According to news reports, telecom operators have failed to reply to the consultation paper on ADC released by TRAI. Operators claim that the regulator’s failure to share details such as segmentwise reporting of financials, traffic data and the amount of ADC collected by BSNL had made the paper meaningless. TheCellular Operators Association of India has hinted that the operators were examining the possibility of exercising the legal option to obtain the requisite data.
