The Tata Group is planning to dilute approximately 12 per cent stake in Tata Teleservices Limited’s tower arm for Rs 50 billion. Japan-based service provider NTT DoCoMo and European telecom operator France Telecom are the most likely buyers of this stake. UAE’s Etisalat, Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim Helú-controlled TelCel and Russian telecom major Altimo are no longer considering buying stake in the company.
