Tata Communications and Singapore Airlines (SIA) have signed a multi-year agreement to transform the latter’s communications and collaboration capabilities to improve employee productivity and user experience.

This new initiative delivered on Tata Communications’ GlobalRapide platform will enable SIA users to be connected and collaborative anytime and anywhere globally.

Tata Communications has been collaborating with SIA for the past five years. Tata Communications IZOSDWAN provides SIA with intelligent customer call routing to their global customer service centres, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Furthermore, Tata Communications MOVE powers the SIA pilot and cabin crew collaboration systems, providing the crew with a global and always-connected experience.
