Sudhir Singh, Country Manager, India, Keysight Technologies
Sudhir Singh is the Country Manager for Keysight Technologies in India, leading the company’s sales and support operations across all segments. With over 37 years of experience – 33 of them with Keysight and its predecessor entities, HP and Agilent – he has been instrumental in expanding the company’s footprint in sectors such as aerospace and defence, semiconductors, wireless and wireline communications, electric and autonomous vehicles, industrial applications and electronic design automation.
A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering and an alumnus of the Advanced Management Program at IIM Bangalore, Singh has built a career defined by deep technical expertise, customer-centric leadership and strategic growth execution. He has been a key contributor in establishing Keysight’s partner network, extending its reach to customers nationwide.
Under his leadership, Keysight India is well positioned to capitalise on transformative opportunities arising from the country’s rapid digitalisation, semiconductor mission, Artificial Intelligence initiatives, defence modernisation and electrification of transportation. He is particularly focused on supporting India’s ambitions in semiconductor manufacturing, AI infrastructure, 5G Advanced, non terrestrial networks, 6G/AI-radio access network (RAN) and Open RAN adoption.
Singh’s management philosophy is inclusive and collaborative, emphasising trust, open dialogue and collective decision-making. He firmly believes in “Customer First” as the foundation of success, instilling this value in his teams while fostering innovation, accountability and continuous learning. His approach has helped build lasting relationships with top executives across industries, and ensured high customer satisfaction.
In recent years, he has steered Keysight India into emerging domains such as AI-driven network optimisation, benchmarking of AI data centres and advanced telecom testing, aligning with the government’s vision under Viksit Bharat 2047, the India Semiconductor Mission and the Bharat 6G Alliance.
Beyond professional responsibilities, Singh is passionate about mentoring young talent, ensuring organisational readiness for growth and contributing to the nation’s technology ecosystem.
Outside of work, he is an avid reader of material on technology and socially relevant topics, and a health enthusiast with a love for trekking, long-distance drives and badminton. A family-oriented individual, he is married, with a daughter in the US.
