Rejith Nair, Head of Hybrid IT & Digital Workplaces, Fujitsu’s Global Delivery Unit
With over two decades of experience across leading technology firms such as Fujitsu, HCL Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services and Capgemini, Rejith Nair brings a rare blend of technical insight, business acumen and human-centred leadership to his role as head of Hybrid IT and Digital Workplaces at Fujitsu’s Global Delivery Unit. Currently, he oversees a $300 million profit and loss within a $1.4 billion business, leading a global team of 7,000 professionals across six delivery centres.
Nair’s career has been defined by scale, transformation and impact. He has spearheaded large-scale delivery, presales and digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients, managing teams exceeding 3,000 people across multiple geographies. His leadership is grounded in a strategic vision and a collaborative, empowering management style that prioritises autonomy, trust and shared purpose.
At Fujitsu’s Hybrid IT and Digital Workplaces, Nair is driving cloud, cybersecurity, intelligent infrastructure and automation services that enable clients to transform securely and seamlessly. “The challenge is to decode fast-moving technological shifts while continuing to deliver exceptional value across regions,” he notes.
Nair sees the convergence of IT and telecom, particularly through 5G, as a game changer, opening doors to new business models and immersive digital experiences. Cloud adoption, edge computing, AI, sustainability and cybersecurity are, in his view, defining the future of enterprise technology.

Despite a self-professed tendency toward perfectionism, Nair is continually evolving as a decision-maker – balancing precision with pragmatism. He reckons strategic vision and cross-cultural leadership as his core strengths, which enable him to unite diverse teams to achieve ambitious goals.
