Sterlite Technologies Limited has announced its results for the quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2011.

Financial highlights

  • Revenues of Rs 22.63 billion, EBITDA of Rs 2.82 billion, PAT of Rs 1.41 billion
  • EBITDA margin of 12 per cent
  • Telecom business revenues of Rs 6.57 billion at an EBITDA margin of 26 per cent

During the fourth quarter of financial year 2011, the company received orders valued at about Rs 11.50 billion for its telecom and power products. The confirmed order book as on April 1, 2011 stands at about Rs 22 billion. Based on customer’s required delivery schedules, a bulk of these orders would be executed during financial year 2012.
