Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) has made changes to its board of directors.
It has appointed Dmitry Shukov as chief executive officer, beginning June 01, 2013. Vsevolod Rozanov will serve as the deputy chairman of the company?s board. He would also take over the role of senior vice-president and chief financial officer of Sistema JSFC which holds a majority stake in SSTL. Ron Sommer will continue to serve as the chairman of the company board.
Other members on the company board include Ajay Khanna, Alexander Gorbunov, Alok Tandon, Andrey Terebenin, Anton Abugov, Bharat V. Patel, Madhukar, Rajiv Mehrotra, Suman Sehgal, Vikram Kaushik.
