Siemens has announced the consolidation of its telecom operations in India by buying out 100 per cent stake in the telecom firm Siemens Public Communication Networks for Rs 1.95 billion. The firm has also purchased a 51 per cent stake in its Bangalorebased arm, Siemens Shared Services, from Siemens Shared Services LLC, USA/ Siemens AG for Rs 110 million.
