Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited (TTML) has posted a net loss of Rs 1.12 billion in April-June 2006, which is 12 per cent lower than the Rs 1.27 billion loss recorded during the April-June 2005 quarter. Total income rose to Rs 3.2 billion during the quarter under review, up by 35 per cent. The company’s subscriber base also rose 78 per cent to 2.1 million.
