Airtel Payments Bank has appointed Shashi Arora as CEO and MD of the company. He will replace Manish Khera, who has decided to pursue his entrepreneurial interests. Arora has been associated with Bharti Airtel since 2006. In 2011, he was appointed CEO of Bharti Telemedia. Under his leadership, the company doubled its DTH subscriber base as well as revenues.
